The Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is situated in the Dhafra area of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it looks over the Arabian Gulf. It is approximately 53km southwest of the city of Ruwais. The Nuclear Power Plant is being constructed by Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO).
