On Tuesday, during the inauguration of ‘Little Reader Festival’ by the Ministry of Community Development (MoCD) in Dubai, at a workshop it was highlighted that people who are visually-impaired can become good visual artists by perfecting their olfactory and tangible senses. The festival, which is a part of the UAE’s Month of Reading, comprised of a workshop on the effect of colors on people with visual disabilities and also starred a Sign Language Museum for people with hearing disabilities.
