The installation of Point of Sale (POS) devices on a wide fleet of taxis in Dubai has been complete by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Around 108000 vehicles have been installed with POS, in order to help passengers in paying the taxi fares. Riders of the cabs would now be able to pay for their trips via credit card, nol card, or NFC technology. Well, customers can make payments through Apple Pay or Samsung Pay.
