The program to receive scholarship throughout academic life is now open for registration. On Tuesday, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai ordered Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which is the emirate’s private school regulator, to arrange and start the third Mohammed bin Rashid Distinguished Students Programme.
