Insight into Desert Wildlife Population Can Be Obtained from Abu Dhabi Survey

A survey of 14,000 square kilometer of Abu Dhabi displayed that although the emirate’s rural areas average one camel for every two kilometers; it is also the home to sand gazelles, oryx and the sooty falcon. The aerial survey conducted by the Environmental Agency-Abu Dhabi covered a quarter of the emirate’s land.
