Pakistan awards Saudi crown prince with Global Influential Figure certificate

JEDDAH: Pakistani President Dr. Arif Alvi has handed over a certificate of “Global Influential Figure 2018” to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, based on a study implemented by the Foundation of Science, Peace and Public Opinion which is affiliated to Pakistani Scholars Council.
This honor is granted to the crown prince in recognition of his great efforts in supporting Islam and preserving the two holy mosques, pilgrims, Umrah performers, the Holy Qur’an and the Sunna, in addition to supporting the Islamic issues, including the Palestinian cause, Yemen, the Syrian Golan Heights and Muslim minorities.
The honor was also in recognition of the crown prince’s efforts to provide aid to the Pakistani government and people, supporting the peace process between India and Pakistan, combating violence, extremism and terrorism, and promoting moderation in the world.
The certificate was handed over to Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, Saudi ambassador to Pakistan.
During the opening ceremony of the World Conference “Message of Islam,” the Pakistani President affirmed the Saudi-Pakistani strong relations in all fields, affirming that these relations contribute in supporting stability and security in the region.
