Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and India-based Tata Consultancy Services LLC (TCS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU); thereby, establishing the base for the two parties to coordinate in research and development by examining the use of technology in evaluating the attitudes of motorists in Dubai via a smart app. The MoU was endorsed at RTA’s headquarters by Abdullah Yousef Al Ali, CEO of Licensing Agency; and Ajay Singh, Regional Director of TCS.
