Education experts stated that a new ‘golden card’ permanent residency scheme would help to lure the best international students to the UAE. The historical initiative was introduced on Tuesday, by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, with the first batch of 6,800 investors and residents picked to receive the cards.
