Ramadan Aman The Ramadan Aman project concluded its activities in Madinah on Thursday. The event, organized in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior, will visit 37 Saudi cities as part of its 2019 program.
“The project in Madinah distributed 21,000 packages containing brochures and iftar meals,” the general supervisor of the women’s section of Ramadan Aman, Alaa Al-Samman, said.
“The event also launched a campaign aimed at minimizing the number of traffic accidents and excessive speed during the pre-iftar hours by handing out awareness-raising brochures before sunset prayers, with the help of 70 volunteers.”
The project’s director in Madinah, Daifallah Al-Ansari, said: “The event exceeded all expectations due to the efforts of our young volunteers.”
