Saudi foundation hosts boot camp for C20 preparation

JEDDAH: Over 40 Saudi nonprofits from around the Kingdom were hosted this week at the King Khalid Foundation (KKF) in Riyadh for an extensive boot camp, preparing for participation in the proceedings of the G20 Civil Society Engagement Group (C20) next year.
The training introduced various skills and topics related to global policy priorities, advocacy, data literacy, protocol and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Subject matter experts from international organizations were also involved in sharing their perspectives such as the United Nations Development Program, the International Labor Organization, UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the World Bank Group.
