JEDDAH: A world-renowned drummer behind a famous European music academy is hoping to use his expertise to propel budding Saudi artists onto the international stage. German percussionist and composer, Prof. Udo Dahmen, has offered consultancy support to any music schools, similar to his Popakademie Baden-Württemberg institution in Germany, setting up in Saudi Arabia in a bid to help put the Kingdom’s talent under the global spotlight.
