RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, has ordered the launch of the central department for audit claims.
This move aims to raise operational efficiency and accelerate judicial procedures to reflect positively on judicial departments and litigants.
The minister was briefed on the work of the department, which aims to raise the readiness of the case file before it is registered and ensure the completion of all basic requirements of the case before it is referred to the judicial district. This contributes to the standardization of audit procedures, improving the efficiency and quality of the lawsuit centrally and institutionally, and raising the effectiveness of the first judicial hearing.
