JEDDAH: Saudi Minister of Health Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah sponsored the “Women’s Health Policy Forum” on Sunday at Riyadh’s King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSHRC).
Organized by Rofaida Women’s Health Organization, the event was held in the presence of Princess Moudi bint Khalid, the organization’s chairwoman.
KFSHRC CEO Dr. Majed Al-Fayad said: “KFSHRC is the first and only hospital in the Middle East to launch the Women’s Health Fellowship Program, which was adopted last year by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a national program. Eight female doctors have already graduated from the program, while three others are currently enrolled in it,” he said.
