Saudi Arabia distributes food baskets in Somalia

MOGADISHU: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) in cooperation with Al-Musbah Development Association on Friday distributed 1,200 Ramadan food baskets, weighing 108 tons, benefiting 7,200 people in Somalia.
This comes within the framework of distributing 10,761 food baskets to needy people in Somalia during Ramadan, aimed at helping 64,566 people.
Saudi Arabia has been ranked fifth in the world, and first in the Arab world, for provision of humanitarian aid.
In Somalia, KSRelief carried out 50 projects costing $191 million in cooperation with seven partners.
