On Tuesday, the UAE started the first-ever virtual ‘Ministry of Possibilities’, which would be operating without ministers and will stress on building new government systems. It has been designed for the future. The ministry was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Dubai’s Ruler.
