MUSCAT: Omani students visited the Kingdom’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance corner at the 25th Muscat International Book Fair.
The students toured the corner and used VR technology to learn about the Kingdom’s efforts in serving Islam through the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an in Madinah. The corner is part of the Saudi pavilion at the fair.
The book fair will run until March 2 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Earlier, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Oman Eid bin Mohammed Al-Thaqafi also praised the ministry for using modern technology to help visitors learn about Saudi Arabia’s efforts to serve Islam and Muslims.
