Saudi Arabia, Hungary sign water management deal

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia and Hungary signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s headquarters in Riyadh on Thursday.
The MoU comes in recognition of both countries’ awareness about the importance of cooperation in the area of water and wastewater management, and the need for joint efforts in order to strengthen ties and achieve sustainable development, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The two sides agreed to advance towards improving the efficiency of water supply capacity, improving the standard of chemicals involved and supporting technical innovation in the field.
